Our massage therapist is state licensed and draws upon her experience, training and personal style to create a session tailored for each person. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment.

Full Body ($65)

A soothing massage consisting of long fluid strokes using oil or lotion, aimed at improving circulation to the muscles and gently relaxing them.

Deep/Tissue ($75)

Stronger, more targeted techniques to address deeper tension resulting from trauma, overuse or postural imbalances. Great for any athlete.

Foot Massage ($30)

A combination of relaxing massage and reflexology to soothe and relieve the cares of daily life.

Prenatal Massage ($65)

Relax and enjoy being cradled with pillows and bolsters while your aches and pains are soothed into submission.

Mini-Massage ($40)

Take 30 minutes out of your day for an upper body treat concentrating on the back and shoulders. Lunch break was never so refreshing.
